You can take the WebNeuro test by navigating to the “Assess My Brain” page, and clicking on the “Begin WebNeuro” button. After the test, you can download your results by navigating back to the “Assess My Brain" page, scrolling down to the container entitled “WebNeuro Assessment”, and clicking on the “Download Results” button.

You can retake the assessment by clicking on the “Assess My Brain” tab on your dashboard, and clicking on the “Retake Assessment” button.

It is recommended that you take the BHA at least every 3 months to assess your progress.

These audio files cannot be downloaded from the BrainFitLife site. These files can be bought from the online store, BrainMD Health.

You can access past entries by navigating to the “Progress Tracker” in the Utility Bar. Once there, click on the “Show My Progress” button. Choose the section of the journal you would like to view on the left, and select the time period of the entry on the right.

You can submit a post in the forum by going to the Forum under the “Better Together” tab. Once there, you can begin by creating your topic, selecting a category and then typing in your submission. After doing so, click on “Create Topic” and your forum post will be submitted.

Make sure that any images you are attempting to upload are JPEG or PNG file format.

We encourage daily use of the BrainFitLife program. At a minimum, we suggest filling out your daily journal on the dashboard. Daily use of the journal is foundational to using the program, and will provide some of the best benefits the BrainFitLife has to offer.

A BrainFitLife subscription is limited to one email per account. BrainFitLife accounts are personalized to each individual user. Multiple users on one account would disrupt any progress either user would want to track.

If you are trying to reset your password, you can do so by going to your settings which are located under your user profile. Once there, click on “Edit My Profile” and you will then be able to update your password. If you are trying to update your email address, you can contact customer service at customercare@mybrainfitlife.com or by giving us a call at (888) 850-5622.

A BrainFitLife subscription lasts for one year. After that, you will be notified in advance that your account will be automatically renewed. Your account will continue to be renewed until you contact the BrainFitLife customer support team, and indicate otherwise.
